Increasing Task Manager Functionality in Windows XP
I mentioned it in one of the threads but I over it deserves a thread on itself, lest people miss it in other threads. We all know the crippled task manager Win XP gives us. To proliferation the functionality of the task manager, and to maintain sanity while going through the the list of processes you can install a software called Prio. It marks unrecognised processes in red, Ii can also about the priority set for processes. But the best enhancement is that it shows a services tab in t, and shows you the path of the executable the Task Overseer itself using which you can start/stop services in no time. Moreover, you can also set the startup mode of the services from task manager itself. It Try it , I'm unfaltering you'll love the accessibility.

I have the individualist HP disk, and the windows XP disk that came with the computer. Appreciate any help, Thanks.
when you start your computer, put the disk in and when it comes up saying "searching for boot from cd rom, etc" it should know the disk and say press any key to boot from cd rom, hit enter and follow what it tells you to do. Good luck and hope this helps
