i followed all the instructions correctly installed from the cd 1st then it peruse the info. 2 turned it off attached the card to the pci slot like it said to do.
3.install the wireless drivers cd from the buffalo router
4.go into restrain panel and do internet connection, network setup, turned on file and print sharing
5.waited for about 5 min while it was acquring a network speak
6.it finally found it and it WAS connected, status excellent
7.i was able to log in to my hp (2nd computer) and connect remotely to it to double check the family
8.15 min into it being fully connected, i tried to go to another page and it wouldn't load
9.i checked control panel and it said for the handy network cards disconnected, work offline
so my question is does it need to be a static address?
i necessity to get it to where it will NEVER go offline / disconnected again and stay connected the whole time every time.
how can i accomplish this?
