Best Bank In New England? (customer service and fees)?
I'm looking to change from Citizens bank to another bank because I'm not happy with the way that they're handling fraudulent charges on my account and because I'm unsure about what's going to happen to them if the RBS starts selling things off (they own Citizens).
My priorities are in this with the aim:
Customer Service
Ease of online banking
Low rates
Multiple branches/ATMs (not too much of a concern for me)
Any ideas, or adverse experiences?

Bank of America or Wachovia are two quite good banks.
They are both known nationally and internationally.
They both have Customer Support, Online Banking, Low Rates, and Multiple Branches.
I have offensive experience with both and like both but I prefer to work with Bank of America.
I suggest going to both banks and talk to a illustrative about your concerns and what you need in a bank.
