Has anyone had a bad experience with GE online services?
I owe them change, and I don't see the point to it- maybe I didn't read everything initially, but they are charging me too much interest, a finance charge, AND a late fee! It's outlandish since they are no longer extending me ANY credit!~ I don't understand what I'm now being charged for in that case.
No, never had a dilemma with them. But I always paid my bills on time and read the contract before I agreed to anything.
